1. Choose Your Cuvée
Each year, 51 unique Cuvées are available, offering a broad selection of Burgundy wines en primeur.
2. Register and Bid
Aether will assist you throughout, offering advice on each wine’s character, potential, and ideal target price.
3. Ageing and Personalisation
Your barrel will age for 18-24 months with our winemaker, and you can customize bottle size and labels.
4. Transport and Collection
Once bottled, your wine can be picked up from your négociant in Burgundy or delivered to your location.
